Shipping policy
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Please allow 4 weeks for me to prepare the product.
Once shipped, most Canadian and US orders will take around 2 weeks to arrive.
International delivery times may vary between 2 and 4 weeks.
Customs and extreme weather situation may take up some times as well.
How will my orders be packaged and shipped?
For orders of flat and thin items such as small prints and stickers will be shipped in envelopes made of thick cardstock.
Other items will be shipped in bubble mailers or boxes.
All international orders and non-flat items will be fully tracked.
For flat items, Canadian customer can choose the between UNTRACKED lettermail or tracked package.
What do I do with taxes?
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes.
For UK/EU buyers, you can buy through my Etsy store for VAT processing.(Prices may vary due to Etsy handling fees)
What do I if my order doesn't arrive?
Delivery time may vary due to various reasons and is out of our control once the order is shipped.
For Tracked orders not delivered six (6) weeks after its shipment date, please contact us for investigation.
For Untracked orders not delivered twelve (12) weeks after its estimate delivery date, we will offer a full refund.
